Gel des avoirs et interdiction de visa pour l&rsquo;UE, ces sanctions touchent \u00e9galement le candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary.<\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les demandes de Kinshasa pour \u00ab\u00a0<em>suspendre<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb ces sanctions en raison de l&rsquo;\u00e9lection du 23 d\u00e9cembre,<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/afrique\/20181209-ue-va-examiner-une-prolongation-sanctions-contre-16-officiels-congolais\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les prolonger\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>jusqu&rsquo;au 12 d\u00e9cembre 2019. Les sanctions concernent d\u00e9sormais 14 personnes\u00a0: le commandant de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e, Muhindo Akili Mundos, et le chef de milice, G\u00e9d\u00e9on Kyungu Mutanga, figurent eux sur la liste des sanctions des Nations unies.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi ces 14 personnalit\u00e9s,<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/afrique\/20181207-rdc-emmanuel-shadary-candidat-fcc-meeting-nord-mbandaka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0il y a le candidat de Joseph Kabila, Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary.\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>Ce dernier avait \u00e9voqu\u00e9 des \u00ab\u00a0<em>sanctions humiliantes<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Le ministre congolais des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res avait lui parl\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<em>d&rsquo;ing\u00e9rence inacceptable dans le processus \u00e9lectoral<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb et promis des mesures de \u00ab\u00a0<em>r\u00e9torsion<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne en cas de prolongation.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;UE rappelle que ces mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9es en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/fr\/press\/press-releases\/2016\/12\/12\/drc-sanctions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>d\u00e9cembre 2016<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/fr\/press\/press-releases\/2017\/05\/29\/rdc-sanctions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mai 2017\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>pour \u00ab\u00a0<em>entrave au processus \u00e9lectoral et violation des droits de l&rsquo;homme<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Ce lundi 10 d\u00e9cembre, le Conseil demande de nouveau aux autorit\u00e9s et institutions congolaises \u00ab\u00a0<em>la tenue d&rsquo;\u00e9lections cr\u00e9dibles et ouvertes \u00e0 tous<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.
