Selon Jacques Bonimy l’objectif de cette session de formation qui vient de commencer est de former des formateurs des membres des bureaux de vote qui sont au nombre de cinquante qui vont à leur tour aller former plus de neuf cent formateurs pour former 75mille membres de bureaux de vote que la Commission Electorale Nationale Indépendante va déployer sur le terrain . Ces membres auront la charge de surveiller 15 mille bureaux de vote soit cinq membres par bureau de vote. Ces formateurs locaux seront composés des Directeurs d’ écoles des professeurs de français etc. Parallèlement l’institution commence ce samedi 26 septembre 2015 l’opération de distribution des cartes d’électeurs selon un communiqué de la CENI. La même source indique que chaque citoyen en âge de voter et qui est sur la liste électorale doit se munir de son récépissé pour les nouveaux inscrits et l’ancienne carte d’électeur pour les anciens inscrits. La CENI invite les démembrements à tout mettre en œuvre pour procéder à l’installation des commissions de distribution en vue du lancement effectif de ladite opération à la date indiquée.<\/p>\n
